the pool was super nice and a good size, and we loved how close the hotel was to the beach. our room was spacious, and everything was clean everyday. the staff were friendly, especially the entertainment team who made our kids smile all the time. the food was okay with a good variety, so nobody really got bored. overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

the location is absolutely terrible, surrounded by an industrial area, and i was horrified to find my bathroom floor flooded and the furniture utterly ancient. expected a warm welcome but received only disinterest. honestly, i almost considered giving a better review, but just couldn’t. don't waste your money here.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The penthouse suite was a dream with a massive terrace covered in astro turf that felt like our own private garden. Sun loungers, a dining set, and jaw-dropping sea views made relaxation a breeze!

The spotty dining hours were frustrating. arriving late meant no late-night snacks or food, even when you’re all-inclusive. The restaurant can get super noisy and chaotic during peak dining hours, and finding a peaceful spot to eat was challenging at times. Although the room was spacious, it felt a bit outdated, which didn’t sit right with our expectations for a family holiday. The beach has a lot of stones, which some might find a hassle, and the surrounding area offers little in terms of shops or amenities, with a decent walk required to find basic necessities.
